Steamies Dumplings was founded in Austin, Texas in 2018 by Cindy and Leslie Chau, a Canadian-Chinese family originally from Hong Kong.
By prioritizing simple, locally sourced ingredients you can pronounce and handmade-from-scratch techniques (including the dough!) Steamies Dumplings grew in popularity over the years. Then, in 2023, Steamies was acquired by world class chef and restaurateur Preston Day. Joined in by his sister Kelsey, the family-duo is breathing new life into Steamies with exciting new dumpling flavors, and new nationwide delivery!
